Project Title: To Leave Without Arrival
Project Type: Interdisciplinary Audiovisual Installation
Public Presentation Timeline: Late Fall 2026
Site Specification: Mobile installation (with adaptable three-wall projection setup)
To Leave Without Arrival is an immersive audiovisual installation exploring migration as a suspended state — living between places, memories, and time. The work is built from interviews with women who were forced to leave their home countries, translated into abstract animation and spatial sound instead of literal storytelling.
Designed as a mobile three-wall projection installation, it creates an environment of shifting light, sound, and fragmented imagery that evokes the emotional texture of departure. The project will be presented at a Long Island venue in late 2026, with an artist talk.
